Community

St. Paul supports several community ministries and outreach programs:

St. Paul's Clothing Closet

bulletSt. Paul sponsors a clothing ministry at the church to provide clothing and shoes for families in need.  Donations are accepted on an ongoing basis & placed in the Clothing Closet building at the church.  Volunteers staff the closet 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Tuesdays.

Arlington Community Services - Food Pantry

bulletSt. Paul Church provides food donations every month to this Arlington community food pantry.  Members are invited to bring non-perishable food donations on the first Sunday for each month.  Monetary donations are also needed.

Habijax

bulletSt. Paul Church actively supports the ministry of Habijax the Jacksonville affiliate for Habitat for Humanity, an organization committed to building and providing affordable housing for low income families, through donations, volunteers and from time to time, building a house on our own.

Community Blood Bank

bulletSt. Paul Church sponsors two blood drives per year on the church property.

Other Ministries

bulletSt. Paul participates in a number of other community ministries throughout the year such as the sharing of Thanksgiving food baskets, Angel Tree (children's Christmas present drive), Back to School back packs, parties for the Volunteers of America Group home, personal care bags for the homeless, ministry to Arlington area handicapped adults, the United Methodist Children's Home and many others.

Missions Outreach & Support

bulletSt. Paul currently supports the mission program of the United Methodist Church through ongoing monetary support.  We also give support to a missionary couple in China, Ewing & Mary Carroll, through the General Board of global Ministries of the United Methodist Church.
