What type of church is St. Paul?
St Paul is an alive, vibrant and positive church that welcomes visitors and has big expectations of a great God. We believe that God wants the best for you and loves you more than you will ever know. He is not mad at you. There is no sin so big that God can’t forgive you! Honest. We believe everyone needs a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and we believe in the full ministry and power of the Holy Spirit. Believe it or not, we are United Methodist.
When should I visit?
There is no time like the present! We would love to meet you. You are welcome to join us for Sunday worship at 10:00am. (Limited Seating and following all CDC Guidelines for social distancing, face coverings required, and temperature checking.
NOTE: SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED TEMPORARILY DUE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS.
Where are you located?
We are located at 8264 Lone Star Road in the Arlington section of Jacksonville, FL. We are just east of Arlington Middle School.
What should I wear?
We believe that the most important thing you can “wear” to church is a heart ready to worship an outstanding, loving God and who wants to touch your life today in many positive ways. Other than that, come in what is comfortable for you. God looks at your heart, not what you wear.
What are weekend gatherings like?
Our Sunday morning worship service is about an hour and starts at 9:55 am. We have limited seating because of the COVID-19 Virus, but take all precautios and follow the CDC Guidelines for safe Worshiping.

Do You have programs for children and youth?
In addition to Sunday School, we have youth group on early Wednesday evenings. Throughout the year we hold several events geared towards children and families such as Kingdom Carnival, Summer Church Camp, and Trunk or Treat. We have a new Youth Director and Children’s Director. We are excited about what God has in store for our youth and children in the months ahead.
Any tips for first time visitors?
Just come as you are. Everyone is welcome in God’s house.
