Dayessi Morales | Director

Dayessi Morales Rodriguez comes to us from Cuba.  She has two amazing children. Mrs. Rodriguez has five years of teaching experience in Cuba where she taught Pre-K and three years teaching experience at St. Paul Preschool.


She loves kids and it fills her heart with so much joy watching them grow. Mrs. Rodriquez says she was born to be with children and has been working with them her entire life. She is excited to continue expanding her role as the St. Paul Preschool Director.


Together, with an amazing team of creative teachers, she is committed to provide families with a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning. 


We know that playing is a child’s most important work.  St. Paul Preschool will strive to create and maintain an environment where each child will grow and thrive while exploring the world around them.

Karen Steed | Assistant Director

Karen Steed has been a dedicated part of our preschool community since April 2012, bringing warmth, leadership, and a deep commitment to early childhood education. As the Assistant Director, Karen plays a vital role in supporting both staff and families, ensuring a nurturing and enriching environment for all children. She holds an Associate of Arts degree and is currently completing the final coursework toward her Bachelor’s degree.

Karen has also been a longtime member of our church since 1982, reflecting her strong connection to our faith-based community. Her years of service and dedication are evident in the care she brings to her role each day. With her rich history at both the church and preschool, Karen continues to be a cherished and inspiring presence in the lives of our students, families, and staff.
